Originally I came to work at SolutionsPT as a receptionist 3 days per week. As I like to be busy, I requested extra work and was offered work with the accounts team. My days vary hugely which is a big part of the appeal. My time could be spent in the office, visiting customer sites or taking part in customer and internal meetings.

My days are spent meeting visitors to the office, dealing with the phone switch and assisting with admin for training courses we run in-house. We work in a happy, relaxed environment but at the same time keep customer service to a high standard. SolutionsPT is currently supporting me to do a GNVQ in Business Admin and my manager allows time this during the working day. I’ve been at SolutionsPT for ten years – the length of my time here reflects what I think about the company and the people I work with. Charity and Community
SolutionsPT host charity awareness activities in the office to raise money and donate goods to local organisations including St Ann’s Hospice in Cheadle, the Wood Street Mission in Manchester, The Wellspring Stockport and the Seashell Trust in Cheadle.
National Awareness Days
Each year we support national initiatives including Comic Relief, Sports Relief, World Environment Day, the British Heart Foundation and Breast Cancer Care.
Employees are encouraged to partake in personal fundraising matched by the company for events including Tough Mudder, marathons and fun-runs and our very own ‘Around the World’ charity challenge in which we aim to complete a combined 25,000 miles in one year.
